1. What happens after I subscribe at SMU?

2. After I receive my login credentials, created my SMU account, and requestedadmission to the SMU VIP page at Facebook, what do I do next?
Answer:  Begin going through the lessons and utilize everything inside yourmembers’ area. Use the SMU VIP group to post what you’ve learned,network with other entrepreneurs in the group, and mastermind!
3. What is SMU Direct and how can it be used? Should I opt to subscribe to it?
Answer:  SMU Direct is a way to get direct access to Omar Taha. It’s an emailsystem where you are able to send one question per week directly toOmar and the Startup Muslim team. We highly recommend that you subscribe to this one-time payment that gives you a lifetime access to SMU’s Founder.
4. How can I know that I have deactivated my account successfully and will nolonger be charged?
Answer:  You will be unable to login to your account.
5. Can I cancel my account anytime and can I get a refund?
Answer:  You can cancel your subscription anytime with no questions asked before your next billing. Although we’ll be sad to see you go, we’ve made itas easy as possible for those who do not want to continue.  

We, however, do not give any refund, except for the 180-day Action-Based Refund Policy. Basically, this refund is only for subscribers who acted (with proof) on our teachings, but no favorable result was attained.

6. When I fail to pay on time, do I have a grace period before getting blocked fromthe website?
Answer:  Yes, you will have seven days before your account is blocked. Please take note that billing is automated and will try to collect your overdue account even past the seven-day grace period. 

When your payment gets through, kindly send an email to admin@startupmuslimu.com requesting for your account to be unblocked with a scanned copy of your proof of payment.

7. How can I change my billing information?
Answer:  Go to the “My Account” section in your SMU account. Click “Add/Update Payment Info.”
