Syrian home maintenance startup Salehli (صلّحلي) has secured a $100,000 investment from EBLA Ventures to expand its digital marketplace for maintenance and renovation services across Syria. The investment marks EBLA Ventures’ fourth transaction in 2026, although the funding stage and any participation by other investors were not disclosed.
Founded in 2025 by AbdulRhman Arnaout, Salehli connects households and other customers with pre-vetted maintenance and renovation professionals. Users can submit service requests, receive quotations and access on-site quality supervision, with the platform aiming to bring greater transparency to a market where customers often depend on personal recommendations and informal pricing arrangements.
According to EBLA Ventures, Salehli has attracted more than 15,000 users and 3,500 service professionals in less than a year. The platform has processed over 10,000 service requests, with repeat customers accounting for nearly half of its customer base.
The investment follows Salehli’s participation in the Thimar programme, which supports Syrian startups in developing their businesses and preparing for investment. Following the programme, the founders continued working with EBLA Ventures on business development, operational improvements and performance monitoring before reaching the investment agreement.
Salehli plans to use the new capital to introduce electronic payment services, expand into business-to-business maintenance services and enter additional Syrian cities. The B2B expansion is intended to extend the platform beyond households to businesses and institutions seeking maintenance and renovation support.
EBLA Ventures said the investment reflects its focus on startups addressing everyday consumer needs as demand for maintenance and related services develops in Syria. For Salehli, the next phase will involve building on its existing user and professional network while expanding its services and geographic reach.
