UAE-based adtech startup JustAd has secured a $5 million investment from angel investor Imad Jomaa to accelerate its international expansion. Founded in 2025 by Ahmed Elsayed, the company combines AI-powered advertising management with an embedded financing model that allows businesses to launch campaigns and pay for their media spending in instalments. The funding round’s stage and the company’s valuation were not disclosed.
JustAd positions itself as a marketing operating system designed to bring campaign management, performance analytics and advertising finance into one platform. Businesses and agencies can manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads, using AI-driven analysis, tracking and attribution, product catalogue tools and consolidated reporting.
The company’s product website also highlights a conversational interface that lets marketers ask questions about campaign performance in natural language, request reports and receive optimization recommendations without switching between multiple advertising dashboards. It also offers tools to adjust budgets, pause campaigns and take other actions directly through the interface.
A central part of JustAd’s proposition is its Advertise Now, Pay Later (ANPL) model. The service allows businesses to launch advertising campaigns immediately and pay their media costs in instalments over a period of up to 12 months, according to the company. Campaigns run through certified agency advertising accounts, with technical support provided as part of the service.
The financing model targets a cash-flow challenge faced by small and medium-sized businesses. Advertising expenses are incurred as campaigns run, while the resulting sales revenue may arrive weeks or months later. JustAd aims to bridge that gap, enabling businesses to maintain or scale campaigns without having to fund the entire media budget upfront.
The company describes the combination of campaign intelligence and financing as a new category of financial technology for advertisers. Its model brings together tools to measure advertising performance and a way to fund campaign spending, although the commercial terms and eligibility requirements for its financing service have not been publicly detailed in the announcement.
JustAd established its initial presence in the Middle East and North Africa, working with e-commerce brands, advertising agencies and in-house marketing teams. The new investment will support its entry into additional markets through local sales and customer success teams, product localization and deeper partnerships with major advertising platforms. The company plans to begin onboarding customers in its first new markets in early 2027.
“JustAd is solving two problems every advertiser has: knowing what works and having the cash to scale it,” Jomaa said, describing the financing model as a way to change how businesses fund advertising-led growth.
For Elsayed, the expansion reflects a broader shift in digital advertising, where businesses must manage campaigns across more platforms while making faster decisions about budgets and performance. The company intends to bring its integrated approach to new markets as it builds out its local teams and partnerships.
The next phase will test whether JustAd can replicate its MENA model across different markets, where customer acquisition, financing requirements and advertising practices may vary. Its challenge will be to demonstrate that combining AI-driven campaign management with flexible payment options delivers sustained value for advertisers as the company expands.
