For decades, businesses have relied on discounts, cashback, and promotional offers to attract customers. Yet customer acquisition costs continue to climb while conversion rates steadily decline. For many businesses—particularly small and medium-sized enterprises—offering rewards large enough to capture consumer attention has become increasingly difficult without sacrificing already thin profit margins.

That challenge inspired Bader Al Kalooti and Mostafa Wanas to build Bundle, a UAE-based startup that believes the future of customer loyalty lies not in bigger discounts, but in smarter collaboration. Emerging from stealth with $5.5 million in pre-seed funding led by Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures, Bundle is introducing what it describes as the world’s first networked rewards platform, reimagining how businesses acquire, engage, and retain customers.

Turning Competition Into Collaboration

Instead of asking every business to fund its own loyalty programme, Bundle enables brands to pool their marketing incentives into shared reward pools. This collaborative model allows participating businesses to offer prizes that would be impossible to fund individually, giving smaller brands access to the kind of high-value rewards traditionally reserved for much larger companies.

For consumers, the experience is simple. Everyday actions such as making a purchase, referring a friend, or completing an eligible activity earn Bundle tickets, creating opportunities to win meaningful rewards rather than another small cashback offer. For businesses, the result is stronger engagement without dramatically increasing marketing spend, transforming customer acquisition from a race to the bottom into a shared growth opportunity.

Blockchain Solving a Real Business Problem

Although Bundle is built on blockchain infrastructure, users never need to interact with complex Web3 technology. Behind the scenes, the platform uses stablecoin payment rails to distribute rewards quickly, securely, and across borders, while customers enjoy a familiar Web2 experience. By handling compliance, payments, and reward distribution through a single platform, Bundle removes much of the operational complexity that traditionally accompanies large promotional campaigns.

The concept has already demonstrated encouraging traction. During a pilot programme spanning five international markets, Bundle distributed $100,000 to more than 1,100 winners, including a $50,000 grand prize, while participating brands reported conversion rates up to four times higher than traditional incentive campaigns.

Building the Future of Customer Loyalty

Following the successful pilot, Bundle is preparing to launch across Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines, where more than 50 founding brands have already joined the platform. The newly raised capital will support product development, strategic partnerships, and international expansion as the company scales its shared rewards network across global markets.

Bundle’s vision extends beyond building another loyalty platform. By transforming isolated reward programmes into a collaborative ecosystem powered by modern payment infrastructure, the company is challenging one of marketing’s oldest assumptions—that every business must compete alone. In doing so, Bundle is demonstrating that the future of customer engagement may not be built on offering bigger discounts, but on creating bigger opportunities together.
