1. Acceptance of terms

Startup Muslim is a media platform sharing founder stories, startup funding news, technology coverage, and halal-economy content. The Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or business advice.

All articles, images, graphics, and other content on the Site (“Content”) are owned by Startup Muslim or licensed to us, unless otherwise credited, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or edit any Submission at our sole discretion, and are under no obligation to publish any Submission.

5. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from Startup Muslim via our email provider, Beehiiv. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Submit false, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content through our forms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract Content without our prior written consent.
