Saudi Arabia-based enterprise AI company MOZN has secured a strategic investment from HUMAIN, the Public Investment Fund (PIF)-backed artificial intelligence company, in a deal that will accelerate the development and deployment of sovereign AI solutions for financial institutions and public sector organizations. While the financial terms of the investment were not disclosed, the transaction marks HUMAIN Ventures’ first investment in a Saudi startup and one of its first strategic initiatives within the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector.
Founded by Dr. Mohammed AlHussein, MOZN has established itself as one of the Kingdom’s leading enterprise AI companies, serving more than 150 customers across financial services and government sectors. The new investment will support the company’s international expansion while accelerating the global rollout of its enterprise AI platform.
The partnership combines HUMAIN’s full AI stack, including its next-generation AI infrastructure, HUMAIN Fabric, HUMAIN ONE, advanced AI models, and locally operated data centers, with MOZN’s enterprise AI products, regulatory expertise, and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) model. Together, the two companies will develop secure, production-grade AI solutions tailored for highly regulated industries where trust, compliance, and data sovereignty are critical.
As part of the collaboration, the companies will jointly develop AI applications focused on financial crime prevention, knowledge intelligence, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). These solutions will also be made available through the HUMAIN ONE AI Agent Marketplace, allowing enterprises to securely discover, deploy, and scale AI agents across their organizations. The first customer deployments are expected to be unveiled at LEAP Riyadh, with broader commercial availability planned for the second half of 2026.
The partnership comes as enterprise AI adoption accelerates globally. According to the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, 81% of financial services firms have already adopted AI in at least one business function, while McKinsey estimates that generative AI could unlock between US$200 billion and US$340 billion in annual value for the global banking industry.
Commenting on the announcement, Dr. Mohammed AlHussein, Founder and CEO of MOZN, said the investment reflects confidence in the company’s mission of building trusted, sovereign AI for highly regulated industries.
“Together with HUMAIN, we are combining world-class infrastructure with deep domain expertise to co-create category-defining solutions built for financial institutions and public sector organizations,” he said.
The investment further reinforces Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a global AI hub while strengthening its ecosystem of homegrown companies developing enterprise-grade artificial intelligence for both regional and international markets.
